School of Health Sciences

The School of Health Sciences (SHS) of the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH), located in Alexandroupolis, Greece, consists of the Department of Medicine, the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, the Department of Nursing and the newly established Department of Veterinary Medicine. The School of Health Sciences aims to promote education and research in Biomedical Sciences, to upgrade the prevention and treatment of diseases and to foster health and well-being.
